At the same time, my professional and personal life has taught me the importance of our personal experiences, inner balance, self-esteem and the inner world of each of us. I am a mediator by profession and soul with a background in psychology, sociology, law and education. For many years I have also been a lecturer in communication, negotiation and mediation and a university lecturer in the field of psychology. In mediation we aim at reconciliation of two parties in a conflict, which is of course closely linked to the inner reconciliation within each individual. Throughout my career, I have always worked in several professional roles simultaneously. This reality is close to my heart. It provides a space for seeing life's details from different sides. In psychotherapy, supervision and during my work as a lecturer, I am particularly interested in the authentic human story and the diversity of life strategies. I believe that each of us is the only expert on our own life, I believe in new beginnings, a certain amount of life risk and the healing potential of open communication.
